Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as your order hasn't yet gone into production. Once the manufacturing process has begun, it cannot be canceled, as the pieces are custom-made according to the requested size.

We ship throughout Mexico via reliable courier services.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The estimated delivery time is 10 to 12 business days, depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number to track your package.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. We offer free shipping during certain periods.

What materials do they use in their pieces?

We work exclusively with recycled 925 silver. Each piece is cast, polished, and finished by hand to ensure its quality.
